Before I got married and hyphenated my last name, I had to use a few pseudonyms to release my own music, starting with REDWARD in 2015 (which I later learned was taken by a Swedish DJ) and Mateo Edward in 2018 (what my mom often calls me plus my middle name). Sheol (pdf)
A full-length play about a group of disparate souls tasked with watching a mysterious pit in the desert. This play was a finalist in the 2021 Scranton Scratch Night hosted by the Scranton Shakespeare Festival and Pinkhouse Productions. As part of the event, the first ten minutes of the play were given a staged reading via Zoom.
Waste (pdf)
A ten-minute play about a mobster trying to dump a body in a recycling bin only to be thwarted by a zealous recycling advocate. This play was given a staged reading as part of the 2019 Stage Writers Festival in Dallas.
